Lead construction delivery with Graham across complex building projects, using project leadership, financial controls, and HSEQ management. Support is provided across the region. Graham seeks a Project Manager for its Buildings division, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. You will manage projects from estimate through closeout with limited supervision. The work requires technical, leadership, and communication skills across planning, execution, financial management, and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects from preconstruction through final handover Control budgets, costs, forecasts, schedules, and project risks Manage contract and subcontract changes through execution Build client, consultant, subcontractor, and supplier relationships Mentor teams and oversee direct reports up to 15 staff Requirements:
Technical trade certificate with extensive field experience Engineering degree or technical diploma preferred At least five years of direct project management experience Seven or more years for senior construction project roles Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and contract management Bring construction leadership, financial oversight, and HSEQ expertise to Graham’s Buildings division and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
