As a Safety Administrator supporting Graham's Services Division, you will report to the Site Manager and provide dependable administrative support. The position suits junior candidates with relevant skills and willingness to learn. Your work will involve training records, safety documentation, spreadsheets, reporting, Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee training, compliance, and safety records
- Organize safety documents, forms, files, and administrative records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and recurring documentation
- Respond to requests for training records and safety information
- Collaborate with Safety teams, administrators, and project stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency required
- Administrative or safety support experience is an asset
- Comfort with camp scheduling and site access requirements
