Corporate Insurance Claims Advisor in Calgary

Bring claims administration and insurance coordination expertise to Graham's Corporate Services team in a hybrid workplace supporting construction operations. Manage documentation, deadlines, and stakeholders.

This permanent, full-time advisor role supports Graham's corporate insurance and surety programs. Reporting to the Insurance Risk Manager, you will coordinate claims, annual renewals, project-specific placements, and coverage documentation. Your work will help project and operational teams navigate insurance processes, claim information, and escalation pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate corporate insurance and surety program administration
• Collect underwriting information for renewals and project placements
• Review contract requirements and identify coverage gaps or exceptions
• Track certificates, bonds, letters of bondability, and policy documents
• Guide teams on insurance documentation and escalation pathways

Requirements:

• Three to five years of relevant insurance or brokerage experience
• Experience managing claims and coordinating with insurers and brokers
• Knowledge of policy interpretation and claims handling practices
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and organizational skills
• CIP designation completed or in progress preferred
