- Prepare and review trademark applications and goods specifications

- Compile Goods and Services Manual additions

- Monitor diary reports and remind clients about deadlines
Requirements:
- Relevant degree, Law Clerk, or Legal Assistant qualification
- Three to five years of directly related experience
- Strong Nice Classification and Canadian Intellectual Property Office knowledge
- Ability to prioritize independent and team-based work
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge; bilingualism is an asset
