The work covers file administration, legal document preparation, correspondence, accounting, and Debt Recovery Network updates. You will coordinate proceedings from file opening through closure, communicating with internal and external parties while escalating issues when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, open, and enter data for files
- Prepare, issue, and serve required proceeding documents
- Liaise with parties and prepare related correspondence
- Monitor proceeding steps and escalate arising issues
- Process monies and prepare detailed file reports
Requirements:
- Three or more years as a Recovery Services Clerk
- Preferred knowledge and experience using Teraview
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Legal Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant diploma or certificate
- Ability to prioritize, communicate professionally, and work independently
