Goway Travel seeks a temporary People and Culture Advisor for a 15-month contract beginning December 2026. Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture or designate, you will drive HR initiatives, support organizational needs, and help strengthen workplace culture. The position requires progressive Human Resources experience, UKG familiarity, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive People and Culture programs, policies, and change initiatives
- Lead policy, compliance, compensation, audits, and HRIS initiatives
- Manage workplace issues, employee relations, and separations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee experience
- Provide guidance on investigations, accommodations, and employment matters
Requirements:
- Human Resources diploma, certificate, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Familiarity with UKG and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience preparing documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining records
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and confidentiality skills
