As Lead, 1GX SharePoint Online and Digital Content Platforms, you will guide technical administration, design, and continuous enhancement. The position supports the 1GX Centre of Excellence Business Excellence team. Your work spans SharePoint Online, Power Automate, WalkMe, Umbraco, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SharePoint Online site administration and secure access management
- Design sites, dashboards, project areas, taxonomies, and reporting interfaces
- Implement SharePoint AI agents, workflows, and digital adoption solutions
- Support hello1GX content, newsletters, contact lists, and change management
- Conduct audits, testing, accessibility reviews, and data analysis
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- At least four years administering SharePoint Online environments
- Experience with WalkMe or comparable digital adoption platforms
- Experience with Umbraco or comparable web content management systems
- Experience analyzing metrics with Google Analytics, reports, and Power BI
