Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily unit operations supporting prosecutors and court operations
- Coach Legal Assistants through training and performance management

- Oversee legal files, court documents, and records
- Build relationships with justice and law enforcement stakeholders
Requirements:
- Two-year diploma in Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Criminology, or related field
- Two years progressively responsible criminal justice experience
- Supervisory experience managing five or more employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JOIN, PRISM, and Adobe
