Goodwill is hiring a permanent, full-time Employee Coach to help employees identify growth opportunities and access support. You will provide case-managed assistance, coordinate educational workshops, and collaborate with management on team-member success. The position also supports mental health, wellness, financial health, and digital literacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create career plans and identify employee growth opportunities
- Provide case-managed support toward employee goals

Requirements:
- Post-secondary Social Work or social services degree or diploma
- Three years supporting people facing employment or inclusion barriers
