The Community Store Shift Supervisor assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running a Donated Goods retail store. This on-floor leader supports hourly team members while processing donations. When managers are absent, the supervisor acts as Manager and handles varied situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily Community Store operations
- Lead, coach, train, and supervise team members
- Manage donation flow and processing procedures
- Complete cash reports, deposits, and statistical counts
- Maintain customer service, safety, and security standards
Requirements:
- One to two years supervising people and processes
- Leadership, coaching, communication, and team-building abilities
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Health and safety experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and vulnerable persons check
