Lead complex ICI construction with trade coordination and safety leadership as a Site Superintendent across Southern Ontario and the GTA. This senior position focuses on major institutional and commercial new-build sites. The Site Superintendent directs field operations for community hubs, secondary schools, aquatic facilities, and civic developments. The work requires Ontario construction experience, scheduling expertise, quality control, and knowledge of OHSA and the Ontario Building Code. Institutional projects valued at $15M to $50M+ are central to the assignment. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise trades, subtrades, laborers, and equipment operators Coordinate excavation, concrete, steel, envelope, MEP, and finishes Develop two-week and four-week look-ahead schedules Manage logistics, deliveries, traffic, cranes, and shared resources Lead safety meetings, inspections, and punch-list resolution Requirements:
Eight-plus years leading complex ICI new-build projects Institutional construction experience in Ontario Understanding of OHSA, Building Code, and construction systems Gold Seal Certification strongly preferred Knowledge of LEED practices and waste diversion Apply Site Superintendent expertise in field leadership, scheduling, safety, and quality control across major GTA institutional construction projects.
