As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will deliver assigned programming to GoodLife's standards across all Group Fitness classes. You will promote continued participation, share Club service information, and support positive Member experiences. Preparation includes reviewing workout plans, learning releases and scripting, sourcing music, and staying informed about programming changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, enjoyable instruction across assigned Group Fitness classes
- Encourage Members to attend future classes and programming
- Share relevant Club services and information with Members
- Review workout plans, scripting, releases, and music before classes
- Provide feedback supporting schedules, studios, and Member experiences
Requirements:
- Relevant certification required for consideration
- Current CPR-A and AED required for consideration
- Meet internal and external customer expectations
- Relate well to Leaders and support other teams
- Commit to continual personal improvement
