Due to the successful growth of the Good Earth brand we are offering an exciting career opportunity to the qualified candidate in the role of Regional Manager based in Calgary OR the Greater Toronto Area.
What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day relationship between our Franchise Operating Partners and the Corporate Support team ensuring our Partners have all of the tools, information, and motivation they need to successfully operate their businesses.
- Ensure that all Good Earth Coffeehouses are operating to the highest levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness that our customers have come to expect from the Good Earth brand.
- Provide the necessary support to the coffeehouses to ensure that budgeted sales are achieved and bottom line profits are realized.
- Work with Operating Partners to ensure that all national and local marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly.
- Provide operational leadership to the coffeehouses and as the Operational representative on the corporate team.
What you bring to the table
- Minimum of 6 years of retail or foodservice experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a multi-unit management role
- Ability to execute operational plans with excellence
- A track record of achieving goals and targets.
- A university degree
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to travel throughout Canada.
- Experience in a franchise environment is preferred.
