Key Responsibilities:
- Execute paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with accuracy and consistency
- Pace and manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets with precision across accounts
- Maintain large-scale campaign structures, including keyword management, bid strategies, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Track, analyze, and present campaign performance, proactively surfacing insights and resolving issues
- Support A/B tests and marketing experiments with Data Science, Analytics, and Product teams
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Experience managing large paid search budgets ($5M+ monthly spend preferred)
- Strong analytical skills optimizing toward CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, and CAC
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, budget tracking, and reporting
- Ability to follow detailed operational processes and SOPs with accuracy
Salary: CA$101,000–CA$106,500 per year
