  • Perform rework and repairs of system assemblies and components in accordance with manufacturing and repair documentation.
  • Perform testing and assembly of electronic and mechanical components in FOD-free and ESD-safe environments.
  • Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve testing issues, support customer needs, and provide technical input on manufacturability and serviceability.
  • Support production and RMA activities to help achieve OTTR, PPM, FPY, monthly build quantity, and floor-defect targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives through completion.
  • Contribute to successful new product introduction (NPI) activities and manufacturing readiness efforts.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and reworking electronic systems, assemblies, and components.
