Enterprise risk leadership meets data, AI, and automation at goeasy, with three onsite days weekly from the Mississauga office. This director role builds scalable first-line risk management. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Director, Enterprise Risk Management shapes strategy, governance, and operating models. The mandate covers non-credit risks, operational resilience, internal controls, and risk-informed decisions. You will advise senior executives while supporting growth across easyhome, easyfinancial, and LendCare. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead goeasy’s first-line enterprise risk function Implement assessments, registers, inventories, remediation, and reporting Embed risk ownership into operations and strategic decisions Use analytics, AI, dashboards, and automation proactively Lead and develop high-performing risk professionals Requirements:
Seven to ten years of progressive risk experience Experience transforming enterprise risk frameworks or programs Knowledge of COSO, Three Lines Model, and risk appetite Experience leading risk, governance, controls, or compliance teams Strong executive communication and influencing capabilities Lead enterprise risk modernization through governance, analytics, operational resilience, and practical advice at goeasy’s Mississauga office.
