The Implementation Manager is responsible for guiding a team of 3-8 professionals within the GoCanvas/SiteDocs Implementation group. You will oversee performance metrics, identify coaching opportunities, and collaborate with various departments like Sales and Product to streamline processes. Your expertise will drive quality improvements and ensure timely implementation for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 3-8 implementation professionals
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and CSAT metrics for trends
- Enhance implementation playbooks and methodologies for consistency
- Manage team capacity planning and workload assignments
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey
Requirements:
- 6-8+ years in onboarding, implementation, or project management
- At least 2 years in direct people management
- Strong understanding of GoCanvas/SiteDocs products
- Proven project and program management capabilities
- Data-driven approach to performance and outcomes
