You will support guests and travel agents through personalized reservation service, accurate records, invoicing, and lodge coordination. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills while supporting winter skiing and summer wilderness adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer booking inquiries and convert opportunities into reservations
- Maintain accurate booking schedules and WebRez Pro records
- Manage travel trade communication before and after trips
- Review FlyWire balances, invoices, deposits, and collections
- Coordinate lodge preparations and post-trip guest follow-up
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is required
- Current residence in Whistler, Squamish, or Pemberton
- Ability to commute to the office five days weekly
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Effective time management and professional judgment
