Nous recherchons un Analyste fonctionnel ERP / Conseiller en implantation pour configurer des solutions selon les opérations clientes. Tu piloteras des implantations, accompagneras les migrations et coordonneras plusieurs projets. La communication, la formation et la relation client seront essentielles au déploiement.
Responsabilités clés :
- Analyser les besoins d'affaires des clients
- Configurer la solution ERP selon leurs opérations
- Piloter les projets, de la planification à la mise en service
- Accompagner la migration des données et les tests
- Former les utilisateurs et suivre plusieurs projets clients
Exigences :
- Expérience en implantation et configuration ERP
- Bonne compréhension des processus d'affaires et notions comptables
- Expérience en coordination ou gestion de projets
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, formation et relation client
- Français excellent; anglais fonctionnel souhaité
