En tant que premier point de contact, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans laqualité de l'accueil et le parcours de soins de nos patients.
Vos principales responsabilités
- Assurer un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et bienveillant auprès d'une clientèle variée (fort volume).
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques, planifier les rendez-vous et optimiser les agendas des professionnels dela santé.
- Effectuer la tenue et le suivi rigoureux des dossiers médicaux des patients (numérisation, archivage).
- Fournir un soutien administratif complet, incluant la facturation des services et la gestion des commandesde fourn.. etc.
