Architect Agentic AI and high-scale web platforms as G-P's Principal Software Engineer, working with a diverse remote-first team globally.
This Principal Software Engineer serves as Tech Lead for G-P's Marketing Technology team. You will own the public web platform and digital flagship while guiding Agentic AI architecture, multi-step LLM workflows, and modern automations. The work connects technical direction with marketing roadmaps and digital customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own global web architecture, scalability, performance, and internationalization
- Architect autonomous agents, LLM workflows, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines
- Translate marketing roadmaps into pragmatic technical milestones
- Oversee MarTech, analytics, CDP, and CRM integrations
- Set standards, review architecture, and mentor engineers
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience
- 2+ years as Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal Engineer
- Production experience deploying autonomous AI agents and LLM workflows
- Knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, CDN, APIs, AWS, Docker, Terraform
- Ability to collaborate with technical and marketing stakeholders
Lead G-P's MarTech engineering direction through Agentic AI, resilient web architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technical mentorship.
