Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Builder/Developer to work on a large 3 year residential project in West Dublin. Our client has a fantastic reputation as an employer and is ramping up their team for this project.
The successful Finishing Foreman will have worked on residential projects ideally in Ireland before.
- Required: Carpentry background
- Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
- Apartments experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- The ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good eye for detail
