Lead building technology design at Introba using Revit and coordinated systems expertise. Shape communications, security, healthcare, and smart building solutions. As a Senior Technology Designer, you will guide assignments from requirements through construction completion. Your work covers communications, electronic security, healthcare technology, and smart buildings. You will coordinate disciplines, communicate recommendations, control quality, support construction administration, and mentor designers while strengthening technical standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology design projects through construction completion Develop architectures, layouts, schedules, diagrams, and specifications Coordinate systems with architectural and engineering stakeholders Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and perform site reviews Mentor designers and contribute to technical standards Requirements:
Minimum six years designing building technology systems At least two years of Revit experience Experience delivering Division 27 or Division 28 documents Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Working knowledge of applicable codes and technology standards Bring senior technical leadership, Revit expertise, and coordinated design judgment to Introba’s building technology practice.
