As a Claims Assessor, you will evaluate Auto Rental Collision/Loss Damage, Purchase Security, and Extended Warranty claims. You will apply benefits, maximums, and exclusions while considering client culture and intent. The work combines customer communication, documentation review, investigation, and claim decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm eligibility using external lookup tools
- Review documentation for legitimacy and authenticity
- Request missing information from customers and third parties
- Apply policy benefits, maximums, and exclusions accurately
- Render claim decisions and issue payments or denials
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience
- Fluent verbal and written English and French
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office and Internet working knowledge
