Lead HRIS and ERP process improvement as a Senior Shared Services Analyst with Elk Valley Resources, working on-site in the Elk Valley.
Reporting to the Manager, Shared Services, this senior position supports Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable. You will provide functional expertise across systems, reporting, integrations, and business processes. The role partners with Finance, HRIS, Site Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead reviews identifying operational, financial, compliance, and system risks
- Facilitate workshops and document functional business requirements
- Improve Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable processes
- Analyze integrations, workflows, automation, and data integrity
- Develop reporting solutions and support change management activities
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in Finance, Payroll, or related systems
- Minimum two years supporting HRIS/ERP implementations or enhancements
- Knowledge of Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Accounts Payable
- Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and configuration
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
