Supervise surface electrical operations at Raglan Mine with expertise in distribution networks, substations, and industrial equipment. Work a rotating schedule in Nunavik. As Electrical Supervisor – Surface, you will oversee electricians and instrumentation and control technicians across surface operations and the concentrator. The position reports to the General Foreman – Power Generation. Your work supports safe, reliable, and available electrical systems through maintenance coordination, workforce guidance, and operational prioritization. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electricians and instrumentation and control technicians Coordinate daily activities for electrical teams and contractors Manage preventive, corrective, and outage maintenance Ensure electrical network and equipment reliability Support training, mentoring, and continuous improvement Requirements:
College diploma in electrical engineering technology or industrial electronics Supervisory experience in an electrical environment Experience with distribution, instrumentation, and programmable controllers Class C electrical qualification and valid driver’s license Working knowledge of English Bring electrical supervision, maintenance coordination, and industrial systems expertise to Raglan Mine’s surface operations in Nunavik.
