Lead health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple Give & Go locations while strengthening regulatory compliance and operational protection.
This Senior Manager role aligns site programs with the MDLZ HSE Management System and legal requirements. You will lead HSE teams, manage strategic projects, and build local capabilities through training and coaching. The position supports consistent accountability and proactive safety practices across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee consistent HSE programs across assigned sites
- Manage change activities, capital projects, and HSE initiatives
- Present project dashboard updates to applicable stakeholders
- Coach HSE Managers, Specialists, Coordinators, and stakeholders
- Track incident corrective actions and injury reduction initiatives
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in occupational or environmental health and safety
- At least five years' industrial HSE experience
- At least two years' senior safety management experience
- CSP, CHMM, CRSP, or CHSC certification
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills
