As Senior Manager, Electrical, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for power distribution, industrial controls, and automation systems. You will develop corporate standards, support capital projects, and advance asset lifecycle management. The role also covers regulatory compliance, digital manufacturing technologies, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop electrical standards, specifications, and manufacturing best practices Lead power distribution, energy optimization, and utility partnerships Improve reliability through maintenance strategies and failure investigations Oversee electrical safety programs and regulatory compliance Support capital projects from concept through commissioning Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline Minimum 10 years’ progressive manufacturing electrical engineering experience Minimum 5 years’ leadership managing multi-site systems and projects Advanced medium- and low-voltage distribution knowledge Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and automation technologies Apply electrical engineering leadership, reliability expertise, and automation knowledge to support Give & Go manufacturing performance.
