Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs
- Educate and raise awareness of HSE policies
- Conduct evaluations and revisions of current processes
- Facilitate incident root cause analysis
- Provide HSE training and track compliance
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related
- At least 3 years of hands-on HSE experience
- Proven ability to influence and lead teams
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
