Giant Tiger develops future franchise store owners through classroom learning, mentorship, and hands-on store experiences. You will build entrepreneurial and leadership skills while exploring diverse Canadian markets. The program prepares you to manage your own store upon completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete training modules and assigned program projects
- Engage in formal mentorship with experienced operators
- Participate in store experiences with leaders and teams
- Shadow current Franchisees across Canadian regions
- Gain experience in management, administration, reporting, and engagement
Requirements:
- Three years of retail experience, including supervisory experience
- Business, retail management, operations, or related certification
- Ability to coach teams and adapt leadership styles
- Strong communication, planning, organizational, and computer skills
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in Canada
