Key Responsibilities:
- Produce complete construction drawing packages from concept to completion
- Develop and detail wall assemblies and building envelope systems
- Coordinate with consultants for integrated drawing sets
- Prepare planning approval and permit submission packages
- Conduct rigorous QA/QC reviews of drawing sets
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architectural Technologist or equivalent
- 15+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced skills with Revit and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Ontario Building Code and detailing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
