In this permanent role, you will be a key driver ensuring timely waste collection and excellent customer service. With 1-2 years in the waste industry and strong communication skills, you'll perform daily vehicle inspections and navigate assigned routes efficiently. Experience with front-end vehicles is preferred, enhancing your contribution to our dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily routes safely and on time
- Drive to customer sites and manage bins
- Transfer waste to appropriate stations or landfills
- Meet customer service needs according to policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Requirements:
- High school completion (post-secondary preferred)
- 1-2 years driving experience in waste
- 5 years of driving in a DZ vehicle preferred
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks safely
