We are hiring a detail-oriented QI Project Manager to oversee quality improvement projects in a full-time on-site capacity. Drive positive changes in healthcare outcomes and processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality improvement initiatives while managing diverse projects across our organization and healthcare system. Your expertise will be critical in supporting leadership and ensuring stakeholder engagement. You will develop project specifications, budgets, and timelines to meet organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project policies and administrative schedules
- Assist medical leadership in operational responsibilities
- Manage various stakeholder engagements on project matters
- Document QI processes to enhance standardization efforts
- Apply analytics for informed decision-making in healthcare
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare
- Strong skills in negotiation and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with QI approaches and Lean methodologies
