As a Junior Data Scientist, you'll work with a banking team supporting Front Office Trading, Risk & Regulatory Compliance Trade Analytics. The role focuses on developing sophisticated data models and analytical solutions for client and trading analytics across Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange (FX). You'll also help move traditional controls monitoring toward more modern, data-driven solutions that put analytical insights directly in front of users. The position combines Python, machine learning, predictive analysis, NLP and AI with real-world financial data and business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data models using machine learning and data analytics techniques
- Build analytical solutions for trading and client analytics
- Work with data related to Fixed Income and FX markets
- Support risk and regulatory compliance analytics
- Apply AI and predictive analysis techniques to business problems
- Work with Python and data science libraries including pandas and NumPy
- Contribute to data-driven monitoring and analytical solutions
- Help transform traditional controls into more automated, on-screen monitoring approaches
- Analyze patterns and develop insights from complex datasets
Requirements:
