Support senior healthcare leaders with project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management in person at Bathurst & Sheppard. This full-time role offers $30–$40 hourly.
The Executive Assistant supports the Medical Director, Director of Operations, president, and broader interdisciplinary health team. You will coordinate administrative schedules, manage complex relationships, and advance medical, health, and digital initiatives. The work includes planning, analytics, reporting, and organizational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate organizational policies, procedures, schedules, and affiliate administration
- Prepare reports, briefings, summaries, and presentations
- Establish project goals, timelines, budgets, milestones, and requirements
- Monitor projects and communicate plans and progress
- Negotiate stakeholder buy-in for integrated healthcare projects
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in business, health administration, or project management
- Healthcare, public sector, or complex stakeholder experience
- Demonstrated project management, planning, execution, and reporting experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, digital tools, and project platforms
