You will process orders, prepare project quotes, manage pricing, and provide product information. The position also supports relationship building, sales development, and coordinated branch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders, purchase orders, credits, and RMAs
- Monitor backorders, availability, logistics, and delivery timelines
- Prepare quotes, maintain margins, and renew pricing contracts
- Resolve product issues and handle rush orders
- Follow up on quotes and open new accounts
Requirements:
- Two to four years inside sales or customer service experience
- Electrical industry or distribution familiarity preferred
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
- Strong communication and customer-focused service skills
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
