What You Will Be Doing
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, developing employees, growing sales, and building strong customer and vendor relationships. This role drives performance, profitability, operational excellence, and team engagement while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets while identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
- Oversee branch operations, inventory, purchasing, warehouse activities, and safety compliance.
- Manage budgets, expenses, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What You Bring To The Table
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Electrical studies.
- Leadership experience managing a branch, region, or comparable operation.
- Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
- Financial management, budgeting, and operational experience.
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or related distribution environment preferred.
- Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
- Strong relationship builder and team motivator.
- Uses data and insight to make sound business decisions.
- Balances people leadership with operational excellence.
