We're looking for a General Manager at Alt Hotel Toronto Airport, who leads by example, ensuring that the activities and operations of a hotel complex lead to optimal financial performance and a memorable experience for our guests.
This hands-on manager contributes directly to creating a strong synergy within the hotel team and uses the art of unreasonable hospitality to run smooth operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain Hotels culture and values.
- Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Stimulate organizational growth.
- Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means.
- Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.
- WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management
- 5 to 10 years' experience as a general manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
- Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
- Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 145 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
