Lead Alberta land surveying projects with GeoVerra, combining project management and client partnership from Calgary or elsewhere in Alberta. Guide delivery across upstream oil and gas. As a Project Manager/Alberta Land Surveyor, you will lead projects from initiation through completion. The work covers planning, execution, financial management, client growth, and strategic initiatives. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, regulatory requirements, and communication across field, office, client, and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and requirements
- Oversee delivery phases within scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Manage project risks, forecasts, information, deliverables, and budgets
- Maintain client relationships through communication, advice, and execution
- Lead teams, allocate resources, and reinforce safety and quality
Requirements:
- Five or more years managing land surveying projects
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and expectations
- Project management tools and financial process proficiency
- Strong client relationship, sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Autodesk, Trimble, and Esri familiarity
