Manage complex mining customer relationships remotely across Canada, using geological data knowledge and disciplined follow-through to support lasting customer value. As Manager, Customer Success, you will own continuity for an assigned regional portfolio. Build trust with users, champions, technical leaders, and decision-makers. Coordinate colleagues and global Customer Excellence while connecting customer priorities to adoption, value confirmation, renewals, and growth discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships across changing customer stakeholder groups
