At GeologicAI, you will manage an assigned regional portfolio and maintain continuity as stakeholders change. The work connects customer priorities with adoption, value confirmation, renewals, and growth discussions. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Excellence teams while coordinating delivery across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with users, site champions, leaders, and decision-makers
- Lead customer touchpoints, site discussions, and business reviews
- Maintain deliverables, owners, dependencies, expectations, and dates
- Coordinate priorities with Project Management, Operations, Deployment, and Customer Excellence
- Confirm value through geological confidence, workflow efficiency, and decision quality
Requirements:
- Degree in geoscience, mining, engineering, business, or related discipline
- Experience managing complex relationships in mining or comparable B2B environments
- Working knowledge of mining lifecycle and geological data workflows
- Understanding of mineral processing, recovery, throughput, and data quality
- Strong listening, judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through skills
