This Manager, Fleet Performance role leads a newly cohesive function supporting core scanning trailers at remote mine sites. You will coordinate maintenance, commissioning, and operations improvement while clarifying ownership across Engineering, Geoscience, Data Science, and Operations. The position connects field performance with measurable continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Own uptime and instrument configuration baselines worldwide Maintain data processing pipeline integrity across Production units Define L1, L2, and L3 escalation models Deliver support transfer milestones from Engineering subject matter experts Represent Fleet Performance in governance and strategy reviews Requirements:
10 or more years in operational engineering or asset management Experience with MaintainX, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or equivalent Strong change management and configuration control understanding Experience leading geographically distributed field operations Mining or precision instrumentation experience is an asset Bring fleet reliability leadership, escalation design, and operational engineering experience to GeologicAI’s global mining technology infrastructure.
