GenAIz is a cutting-edge technology company specializing in developing solutions for the Life Sciences industry. We're looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our web applications.
We're seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces using modern design tools and methodologies. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:
- Designing and developing high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes for complex web applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions
- Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Ensuring seamless integration of UI/UX designs with front-end development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing complex web applications using modern design tools (Figma, ...)
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user experience, and user interface design
- Experience with design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with React or other popular frontend frameworks
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies for UI/UX design
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous improvement
