Coordinate maintenance dispatch for GEF Seniors Housing in Edmonton, using Yardi, work orders, and strong administrative skills. This is a full-time daytime position.
Reporting to the Manager of Operations and Central Maintenance, you will coordinate maintenance requests across GEF Seniors Housing. The position requires Yardi or similar CMMS knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with work orders, contractors, and records. You will help ensure timely completion, accurate documentation, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, dispatch, and monitor maintenance work orders through Yardi
- Create work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and contractor requests
- Schedule meetings and coordinate contractor activities
- Maintain maintenance, safety, compliance, and departmental records
- Prepare reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Two to three years of related administration or dispatch experience
- Working knowledge of Yardi or a similar CMMS
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and strong organizational abilities
