You will develop the planning framework—WBS, baselines, milestone logic, and progress measurement systems—ensuring coherent planning of scope, schedule, cost, and resources from contract award through handover.
You will lead planning workshops, produce master plans and executive documents, and coordinate estimate-to-plan integrations.
