Lead overnight janitorial operations with staff supervision and safety oversight for GDI Services (Canada) LP. Work full time Monday through Friday, 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.
The Resident Supervisor directs janitorial staff on site and helps meet or exceed customer quality expectations. This position includes training employees, assigning work, inspecting jobsites, and addressing customer concerns. You will also document findings, manage supplies, and enforce safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train on site janitorial staff
- Designate shift and area work assignments
- Inspect jobsites and submit inspection reports
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory
- Respond to customer concerns and complaints
Requirements:
- Three or more years janitorial supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to exercise judgment and work independently
- High integrity
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
