GD LEAD is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the management and delivery of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate has experience in estimating as well as excellent organizational skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of construction projects: planning, coordination, execution and delivery
- Estimate construction costs and prepare budgets
- Analyze plans, specifications and calls for tender
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines, costs and quality
- Collaborate with the internal team (property management, accounting, management)
- Manage unforeseen events on construction sites and propose solutions
Required profile
- Training in project management, civil engineering, architecture, estimating or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset)
- Concrete experience in project estimating
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in software such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or any estimating software (e.g. Dreeven etc.)
