Your responsibilities
As an accounting technician, you will participate in the company's comprehensive accounting management. Your main tasks will include:
- Completing the complete accounting cycle: bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR
- Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects
- Managing supplier invoices and payments
- Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison
- Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites
- Updating management reports
- Preparation of year-end reports for auditors
- Required Profile
- DEC in accounting or equivalent training
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial construction
- Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
