Lead autonomous freight operations from Toronto with fleet performance, depot logistics, and safety compliance at Gatik. This onsite leadership role supports commercial routes. You will build, operate, and scale Gatik’s assigned market. You will lead multidisciplinary site operations across fleet maintenance, yard logistics, driver management, and customer SLA delivery. The role connects hands-on leadership with regional growth in an autonomous transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily depot, facility, yard, and infrastructure operations
- Coordinate fleet maintenance, repairs, testing, and engineering integration
- Lead driver recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
- Enforce safety, compliance, incident response, and regulatory reporting
- Execute market launches, expansion routes, and scalable operating practices
Requirements:
- Six to ten or more years operational leadership experience
- Experience managing multidisciplinary fleet, safety, and technical teams
- Expertise in freight flows, yard management, and dock staging
- Knowledge of commercial fleet fueling infrastructure and vehicle systems
