This permanent part-time Administrative Assistant supports the Administrator and broader team at a seniors' rental community. The position provides reception, document preparation, record management, and office coordination. You will also support communications, financial processing, reporting, resident inquiries, and tours for prospective residents and families. Your work helps create a warm, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, invoices, and meeting materials
• Manage phones, emails, reception, and visitor greetings
• Coordinate meetings, bookings, and office logistics
• Support accounts payable and administrative reporting
• Assist resident tours and maintain accurate confidential records

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• One to two years' administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Experience with seniors or community settings is an asset
